Room was ok. As advertised. Main issue with our stay appeared to be a lack of staffing to service guests.
When we arrived at the property there were three guests waiting for help at the front desk. One issue, no desk attendant. Bartender came by to let us know they were shorthanded and it would be a bit.
We waited fifteen minutes before an individual came to the desk.
After checking into the room a couple issues.
1. 1 of the 2 Bathroom lights flickering
2. Safe had low battery and would not function.
I put in a call to front desk and was told they do not have 24 hr maintenance person on staff and it would be addresses the next day. I was hoping to store a personal in the safe away to keep it away from my children.
The issues were addressed the next day as promised but I would note the light bulb was as replaced with a different colored bulb.
That kind of sums up the whole visit. Potential great property with great amenities in a great location but a lack of TLC, maintenance, staffing and care or attentions to detail keeps it from being great. And merely okay.
Elevator button wall plates, light switches and other small things were broken in such a newer property.
Elevator making a noises and the call button appeared to be stuck as it kept dialing each time the elevator was used.
