Employees Great! Old hotel

The employees and staff were excellent at Comfort Inn ! Breakfast was minimal, but very clean and the lady was awesome! The rooms needed updating and smelt musky! HOTELS.COM screwed up my bed request and had to get another room because we could not get the two queen beds as we had requested!

Horrible!

We walked in our room and the beds were not made, tv on and trash and food everywhere. Not sure if the room was not cleaned or someone was already checked in. We walked out and when we addressed with front desk, she was aggravated and acted like I interrupted her day. No apology and just gave me new keys to a new room with no explanation. The new room had one bed (my reservation was two beds) and at this point I was too frustrated to go back to front desk. I was charged for a two bed room. Never again.

The check in staff was very unfriendly and not welcoming. They were running out of everything for breakfast and the waffle mix was watery. The rooms floors could have been cleaner. The bathroom floor was was clean.

Eh.

Morning front desk- phenomenal. Kind, sweet, helpful. Breakfast- pretty good and the sweet lady working it was even better. The room- the AC took until the next morning (8+ hours) to actually cool the room. If you're cool with a not cool room, it's good. Overall, not a $100+ hotel stay. Besides breakfast and those 2 employees, it felt like a sketchy motel stay with a higher price point. For like $12 more, go with the la Quinta across the highway.

Hope you don’t need WiFi!!!

Not a bad hotel if you don’t need WiFi. When on a business trip I need WiFi for working. When I called the desk and asked about the WiFi they gave me a 1-888 number to call. I called and waited in the queue for an hour. When someone finally answered they spent 30 min trying to get it to work and couldn’t. Definitely will be using a different hotel next time.

Don’t do the hot tub

The hotel itself was good for the price. The hot tub was nasty. The pool was good and seemed well maintained. The room was comfortable and clean.

This property was recently aquired by comfort suites. It was a decent hotel. The bed was comfortable. The room said it slept 7 but only had 4 towels in it. The pool area did not have any towels and the staff could not find any.
