There was a rat in our room, and the property manager has refused to return my calls for a refund.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Clean, but old, tiny, and no view
We stayed in the Sunset Terrace rooms. It looked like an old motel strip. There were 4 of us. The room was clean, but too small for 4 of us. There was a good size fridge, but no table to eat on. The only choice was to eat at the common patio (with the bugs and humidity). Also spiders got in our room through the crack under the door.
The parking lot was our view. The park was unique with the caves and 3 nights in the hotel room was definitely enough.
Our stay was a relaxing getaway. A natural, beautiful setting. The only thing that surprised us was that the 'rooms' were in reality individual cabins. It was a refreshing element. Getting away from technology for periods in the day was much needed. The lodge was beautiful inside and out and the prices at the restaurant were surprisingly reasonable.

Liked: Staff & service
It was fun to stay in the park, but the rooms have seen better days. The grill was good, but didn't have enough staff.
