Great location and amenities. Just wish we were staying longer to offset the cleaning fee. Better suited for a long weekend stay. But still better than staying at a hotel.

The cabin was amazing, did not lack in anything, We had a group of 12 and everyone was fitted nicely, anything you needed was available, easy access to gaitlinburg 40 minutes, food, stores etc. It was perfect.

We couldn’t have picked a better choice for our party of 3. We drove in to celebrate a birthday and Christmas. We did use a 4x4 for the driveway. We had trouble with the hot tub and reached out to management. We had super fast responses from management and was sent maintenance who fixed the issue. ...
