The space:
Thoughtfully styled with warm timber tones, soft textures and modern finishes, this space blends comfort and design to create the perfect place to unwind. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the deck, soaking in the outdoor bath or relaxing inside with the doors open to nature, every detail has been created to help you slow down and switch off. This tiny home has a queen bed and fold out sofa bed which would be suitable for 1 or 2 children.

Despite is peaceful, tucked away setting your only:

- 5 minutes to stunning local beaches
- 7 minutes to Berry village with cafes, restaurants, boutiques and markets
- Easy access to wineries, coastal walks and local hotspots

Inside the tiny home you'll find a light filled, open plan layout with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area and a tranquil bedroom space designed for a restful nights sleep.

Stay comfortable all year round with reverse cycle air conditioning, keeping you cool in summer and warm through the cooler months.

Step outside and immerse yourself in nature with rainforest hikes and a freshwater stream. There is 30 acres here to explore.

Unwind around the outdoor fire pit and bbq area. There is also a fully enclosed dog yard making this the perfect getaway for both you and your pet.

Other things to note:
Please bring bottled water if you do not wish to drink rainwater. There is a filter on the tiny home but some guests prefer to drink bottled water. Firewood can be purchased from the service station if you wish to use the outdoor fire pit.
