Take a dip in the refreshing pool to escape the Florida heat, then soak up the sun on wooden rocker chairs. In the evenings, fire up the grill and enjoy delicious meals outdoors on the patio seating and bar area, perfect for creating lasting memories with friends and family!

This spacious home offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. With 3 bedrooms, there's enough space for up to 7 guests to spread out and enjoy their privacy.

Sleeping arrangements:

Master Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom (2 guests)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed (2 guests)
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed full on the bottom / twin on top (3 guests/children)

- Main living room: Large comfortable couch and two additional chairs for seating
- Dining room table with 6 chairs to enjoy family meals!
- Large laundry area
- Additional game room with a foosball table!

- Backyard has 4 stools for the bar area, 4 seats and coffee table, 2 wooden rocking chairs and additional space where we leave pool toys and a few other amenities to enjoy by the pool!
- Pool is fully screened in with a huge white fence for privacy while you enjoy your vacation!

***We do have a pool heater but we only run in starting November 1st - March 31st. Pool heaters are very expensive to run. We cannot guarantee a very specific pool temperature as outside weather greatly impacts the water temperature. We set it to ATTEMPT to heat it up to 80° + but once it gets below 60° F outside, rains in the area etc, the heater cannot run efficiently and you will notice colder water temperatures. We charge a $150 heating fee per stay up to 3 days. Every additional day is $20 to keep the heater running. Thanks for reading and understanding the pool and its features!***

Location and nearby activities:

- For all the golfers out there you are less than half a mile from Sherman Hills Golf club and the recent course to take social media by storm; Cabot Citrus Farms is within driving distance of less than 30 minutes away. Making it a smooth drive in the morning before your tee time!
- Croom Motorcycle Area is less than 4 minutes away, just around the corner.
- Hernando County Fairgrounds is less than 20 minutes away!
- Toward the front of the neighborhood just before you turn onto the boulevard, you have multiple restaurants and a local Dunkin'.
- Across the street is an convenience store for any essentials you may have forgot.
- Also a local Winn-Dixie for anyone that prefers to shop for their food on vacation and cook at the home!

We leave 6 pool towels in the laundry room just before you go out the back door to the pool.

Starter pack of amenities you will be provided inside the home:
- Fresh paper towel roll
- New roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the extras will be left under the sink
- Hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen
- 1 new sponge
- Dish soap + 3 dishwasher tabs (Where applicable)
- 1 set of travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash per bathroom
- A few trash bags + one in the can upon arrival
- 3 laundry pods for the washer and dryer
