Boomerang Cabin | Large Family Retreat Near Broken Bow Lake

Boomerang Cabin is a spacious luxury cabin located in the Pine Hill area of Hochatown, Oklahoma near Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park. With nearly 3,800 square feet of living space, this large retreat is perfect for family reunions, group vacations, and gatherings in the scenic beauty of McCurtain County.

The cabin features six bedrooms plus a flex room with day beds, along with five and a half bathrooms, providing plenty of space and comfort for large groups visiting the Broken Bow Lake area.

Inside, the open floor plan offers a large living area with comfortable seating around a gas fireplace. The spacious kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare meals and gather with family and friends.

Upstairs, the loft game room features a pool table, TV, and a large sectional couch perfect for relaxing or watching a game.

Outside is where Boomerang truly shines. Two large wraparound decks provide plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. The upper deck features seating around a custom outdoor fireplace, while the main level deck includes a large inset hot tub. Guests can also enjoy two fire pit areas and a basketball goal for outdoor entertainment.

House was perfect for adult group of 11 for a 65th birthday celebration. Decks for days! Kitchen is wonderful & has all you need but food. Beds were all very comfortable. Football was watched inside & out. Hot tub & fire pit were used & just added to the fun. Holiday weekend so area very crowded but overall, excellent house & we will return!

Excellent Vacation Rental

I have rented from VRBO many times and from this same location 2 years ago. The Boomerang High Luxe cabin exceeded my expectation. There were 17 of us and this cabin was perfect!There was alot to do with the kids at the cabin and a stocked pond very close that we walked to to take them fishing.I highly recommend this cabin!!

All 13 of us had plenty of room at Boomerang! The beds were comfy and we loved all the porch space! The pots and pans weren’t quite enough to cook the amount of food we wanted to but the table seated all of us nicely with what we were able to prepare. We couldn’t get the video game systems to work in the downstairs twin bedrooms but we didn’t bother contacting anyone to remedy it. There was also a broken light fixture in the downstairs bathroom (southeast corner of the house) - just FYI. Check in and check out was super simple and we appreciated the large fire pit.

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend!

This house was absolutely perfect for the 8 of us that came to celebrate the bride! The rooms were great, the open concept of the house was fantastic, and all of the bathrooms for all of the girls was perfect. The location was close to literally everything but also still tucked away and felt like no one was around us. We enjoyed all of the deck space and it accommodated all of us and our activities perfectly.

Great Family Rental

We were a large party, with kiddos from ages 11mo-19. Everyone had their space and enjoyed the amenities! The home was clean and the large dining table was an added plus! Everyone had a wonderful time and we can’t wait to be back next summer!

Very spacious; had EVERYTHING you’d need for a great stay. Have to admit property was older than appeared in photos. Outside items (ping pong table, chairs) were dated. Ping pong net was barely hanging on. When we arrived all the outside furniture was covered in dust, and pine needles; had to clean those ourselves. Over/Stove knobs were broke and falling off. Hard to tell is stove was on/off based on knob position. The first night one of the AC Units were frozen, so half of the upstairs was not cooled and we didn’t use those rooms that first night. . We did have maintenance personnel the next afternoon to fix it. It was a great stay, but for what we paid, was hoping for a better first impression.

Girls’ Weekend

Incredible home for group gathering. Plenty of room for eating, games, conversations and fun. Wonderful fire pit for grilling and enjoying the evening. Hot tub for morning and evening. We will be coming again next year for our third trip.
