Awesome home in Schönhagen with sauna

This beautiful holiday home is in an exclusive location, just a few steps from the fine sandy beach, with a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Not only because of its unique location, but also because of its special furnishings, it is exceptional and a guarantee for unforgettable holidays. You have your own wellness oasis in the house. In addition to the swimming pool with children's pool and water slide and the large whirlpool, there is also a sauna area (multifunctional sauna). You can try out a different type of sauna or the real steam bath every day. There's swimming fun and relaxation in any weather, with or without sunshine.



Families in particular like to treat this small, cosy Baltic seaside resort as their summer retreat. Schönhagen has around 1000 metres of fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, which seamlessly connects to the beach in Kappeln in the north and merges into a steep coast in the south. There are 60 comfortable holiday homes on the beach, directly behind the small promenade. Just 100 metres from the house is a children's playground where the little ones can let off steam to their heart's content.

The pool house was extensively modernised in 2025. This includes a new pool and wellness area with large windows for a unique view of the Baltic Sea. A new modern kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. The bathroom at the front, the wooden floor, the stove and the dining and living room furniture have also been renewed. The house now has a charging station for electric vehicles.
