The home is 300ft from the water with public access and storage for kayaks/paddleboards. Minutes from downtown and a 25 minute drive to Providence or Newport.

-Living room with XL sectional and 75in smart TV. This room can comfortably fit 8 people.
-Full Bathroom (attached to bedroom)

-Full Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, sink
