The property is a tastefully decorated small apartment. Nice small kitchen with a washer/dryer combo. The location is great as you are across the street from the sea and Palace Pier and all the shopping and dining is around the other corner. Extremely convenient to everything including a 15 minute walk to the Brighton train station. My complaint is that there is a mattress Just outside the stops wear a different homeless people will sleep… making it feel seedy as you leaving and entering the building. Also, it’s somewhat of a noisy environment with pubs and that includes the seagulls making it difficult to sleep some nights. Overall it was a great place to stay
