Walkers can enjoy discovering a very varied landscape, from high chalk hills, through the winding lanes of sleepy valleys to the dramatic cliffs of Golden Cap (National Trust). The nearest beach is at West Bay, just 4 miles away, where rowing boats can be hired and fishing trips arranged. Along the coast is Lyme Regis, whose sheltered harbour famously featured as a setting for the film ’The French Lieutenant’s Woman’. The historic market town of Dorchester is 15 miles. The property & location is lovely.The owner is on site & very helpful.?
The description of this property warns that there are many steps
Which may put some people off well I wonder if anyone from ‘HomeAway’ actually visited the property before listing it as there is not a step in sight. We also want to know how the property owner had never heard of ‘HomeAway ‘ & lists her property through ‘ Cotages.com’ & we want to know why we have paid 2 booking charges & will be taking this matter up with both companies in due course.
