The light, spacious lounge opens into a double-glazed sun-room and outside balcony and is comfortably furnished with a 3- seater click-clack sofa bed which opens to a double bed for extra accommodation.

The apartment is accessed via a spiral staircase from the car park, or a straight staircase at the front of the building which leads straight on to the esplanade.
