The room smells disgusting, especially the carpet, even though I asked them to clean the room. The first time, she didn't clean it until the fourth day, but they didn't change the sheets, the sink, the bathroom, or even the toilet. It's just a disaster. I was so surprised, plus the pool they dont cleaned. Please, IF YOU HAVE kids don't let THEM SWIM

Everything was good except the dust in the walls of the rooms that causes you to sneeze, the building was old that the rooms didn’t have USB outlets, everything else was perfect.

Everything was beautiful!! Even the lady that check me in…I wish I would got her name…and I seen some of the housekeepers and they spoke and respectful also. Even the young man that was mopping the lobby.
