Good value and conveniently located apartment
A quiet apartment near the town centre and a walkable distance from the Propel lift. Mainly well equipped, though a few more things like table mats would be helpful. Visitors should be aware that the bunk room is not screened off in any way.The check in process would be better if the number of address was given in the penultimate message rather than in the one just before arrival, when you might not be able to access emails.

Very nice, peaceful, spacious apartment in a lovely town.
The gondola is a 5-10 minute walk away, the main street with shops, bars and cafes is a 1 min walk down Hill. There are 2 supermarkets nearby, within a 5-10 minute walk, one is fairly small the other is very large. The balcony is large and peaceful, it overlooks gardens and has views of the mountains and gondola.Our stay in this apartment was fuss free and the owners were very friendly and easy going. There was plenty of room for 2 people and I think 4 people could stay here quite comfortably. The sofa bed was very comfortable and large, it was very easy to put up and down. Over all, staying in this apartment made for a very enjoyable skiing holiday.

Nous avons bcp aimé.. Surtout que c était la semaine de nos 50ans de mariage.
Très belle semaine avec un temps magnifique à la semaine du 16 au 23 décembre ! Venus en train, nous nous sommes déplacés en bus et avs visité la région, jusqu aux pistes.
Petit logement agréable et clair où il ne manque rien, avec une belle vue...

La distance aux télécabines du Prorel est supérieure à 400 m et la location d'un casier est la solution.

Bon séjour à Briançon
Le studio est bien situé par rapport à la rue commerçante, le centre Leclerc et le très joli parc de la schappe ! La place de stationnement dans la cour est très appréciable. Un seul bémol, la route très passante qui monte vers la cité sur laquelle donne la petite terrasse très tôt dès le matin et jusqu'à tard le soir. C'est peut-être plus calme l'hiver.

Ideale, zentrale Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar schon etwas älter und entsprechend eingerichtet, aber hervorragend gelegen und idealer Ausgangspunkt für alles, was man in der Region unternehmen möchte. Es war leider nur eine Woche! Altstadt, Stadtzentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen unmittelbar vor der Haustür, perfekt, trotzdem ruhig. Irritierend war, dass es neben den Kinder-Etagenbetten nur ein Sofa gab. Das hätte in der Anzeige deutlicher herausgestellt werden müssen. Für mich alleine war es aber eine sher gute Unterkunft, daher 4/5 Sterne.

Genoegelijk verblijf met aardige verhuurder
Goedkoop basic appartement waar het prima verblijven is wanneer je de lat niet te hoog legt. Zeer vriendelijke verhuurder die het je zoveel mogelijk naar je zin maakt.
Gezellige, rustige buurt op loopafstand van station en skilift.
Minpuntjes zijn gebrek aan kastruimte en sfeerverlichting en wat rommelig keukengerei.

Pratique et fonctionnel
Appartement situe dans une rue perpendiculaire a la rue pietonne, entre le Carrefour City et la vieille ville. Jolie vue sur le Prorel, ensoleille, parking dans la cour, tres fonctionnel, avec une partie separee pour les 2 lits superposes (ils ne sont pas dans l'entree mais dans un renforcement) qui permet une separation avec le sejour. On ne se marche pas sur les pieds a 4.
Accueil chaleureux !
Manque peut etre un peu de rangements, mais dans l'ensemble tres bon rapport/qualite prix.

Studio orienté vers le Prorel et les station de ski. Une vue magnifique et lumineuse rappelant la douceur des hivers au ski en famille dans un appartement cosy, propre, et un accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vivement ! Idéal pour des vacances en couple ou en famille!

Propriété nécessitant une
Points forts : emplacement à 500 m du télécabine du Prorel , près de tous commerces du centre ville , possibilité de garer la voiture dans une cour , petit balcon avec vue sur massif .
Points faibles : couchage banquette clicclac fatigué , pas de portemanteau pour accrocher vêtements ( au ski , c'est gênant ), manque de lumière dans le couloir cuisine , manque de vaisselle par rapport à l'inventaire , manque d'étagères dans le salon et la salle de bains , wifi aléatoire ,
Deux incidents à signaler ; légère fuite arrivée d'eau dans la SDB non réglée pendant le séjour , défaillance du mécanisme wc réglée pendant le séjour .
