Staff had one guy running around doing it all. He was great!! Service in dining room was ok. Took a long time to get a check while other larger tables were taken care of. Breakfast Buffet ran out of items and another guy was running around while others watched. Great place. We will be back but not to done in.

Great location but very dated and not eco friendly

We’ve stayed hit lots over the last few years and it seems to be aging more with every visit. If you can get a good rate it’s worth it but the facilities at the hotel across the road are far better now. Additionally we didn’t get our keys until 20minutes after we arrived as there was no one on reception that could check us in - with 2 young kids this was less than ideal and not on in 2025. Whilst the hotel is aged its location more than makes up for it. Final item is that the breakfast being served in polystyrene plates or bowls - in 2025 how is this even a thing??

Excellent value for money. Very close to ski slopes. Large room. Would be nicer to have a larger bathroom. My bed was very soft, would've loved a firmer mattress

Nice hotel in an excellent location. An extra plus for having a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch, as there are minimal options in town. The jacuzzi is outdoors which is extra special when it’s snowing!

Nice place at Brian Head

Great place to stay at Brian Head, nice rooms (fireplace and kitchen). However they require to confirm each day the cleaning of the room for the next day... why if this is a full service hotel ? also swimming pool very cold, and lack of towels most of the times. Outside jacuzzi very nice though. Overall good value for the money.

Aging resort.. OK. Not great.

Resort is OK. Not great and definitely not worth the price. Hot tub and pool very small. "Mountain view" was ridiculous with small mountain behind the dumpsters and hvac systems as the main view. Fridge in room did not work. Hairdryer did not work. Shower pressure was non-existent. Strange sewer smell at times. Coffee often empty in lobby. And to top it off.. There was a MOTION triggered light at entry door that went off every single time we moved in bed. We got no sleep! Bar staff were great! And food was also very good at the one restaurant.
