Hotel is located in a side street, a short walk from Largo Formentone, it looks unsafe so we exercised caution. Once inside, we like the modern & clean layout of hotel interior, breakfast was very good & efficient with yummy home made cakes, and good coffee - the team happily catered for my lactose intolerance in the process. We did not like the stuffy interior, especially in the lift which moves very slowly, it would be quicker to walk up / down using stairs.

Peaceful and stylish hotel in the pedestrian area of Brescia. Really chilled welcoming staff who were so helpful. We loved our room, it was calm, relaxing and had a great view of the dome. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, great pillows and a modern stylish bathroom. Best hotel on our trip and we stayed in 4.

This is a charming small hotel with a pleasant staff. Rooms were recently remodeled and are always spotlessly clean. The morning breakfast is quite nice. Note that the front desk closes at 5 so you often need to let yourself in with a code. I highly recommend

The last stop in our Italian vacation, and we made a last minute change from Milan to Brescia because this hotel had such high ratings! It did not disappoint and lived up to the ratings. Our hosts went over and above to assist and check that our stay was comfortable. The bathroom was impeccable with quality toiletries and the best blow drier my whole trip (I’m going to start rating hotels by their blow driers). Short walk to three main Piazzas, plenty of food choices. The breakfast was the best one our whole trip, fruit was so fresh! If we are lucky enough to return to Brescia, we would stay here and stay longer.
