We had a very nice stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There were a multitude of food options close by. Good continental breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. Property could use some updating. Musty smell in the room, but overall very pleasant stay.

This stay was awful. Waited over two hours for my room after I checked in at 4:00. Was told only 20 minutes. Staff acted like ALL the people were inconveniencing them by asking when they could get in their rooms. Was there for an event and there were people actually getting ready in the lobby. Some were still waiting when I was able to get in . Families with children as well. And NO compensation except for a drink and a snack.

Since they are right next to an arena they have a lot of concert business. They were a little behind in turning over rooms but they comped us breakfast the next day. They were Super nice and took good care of us. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was nice, updated, and safe. The only downside was the 45 minute wait for linens to be ready upon arrival. With a check-in time of 4:00 pm, we arrived at the hotel at 6:30 pm and was surprised we had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be ready.

It was average at best, nothing about the property spoke out to me. The room was not up to my expectations, if not more lackluster than I would've imagined. Comes off more "pretty on the outside than inside" type vibe. Def for a one night stay than to stay for a vacation.

Hot and uncomfortable.

The floor we were on was so uncomfortable because it was so hot. Our room the AC was barely working. We were so uncomfortable that we left early and cut the stay short. They never refunded us the valet parking for early check out. The staff at the desk seemed always in hurry. The valet guys were awesome though very quick. The best part of the hotel was that it was right next to the arena and Brother Andres Cafe for breakfast.

Good but could be better

Room was spacious but twice my wife took a cold shower. No matter how long we let the water run, it wouldn’t get hot. Also very thin pillow that don’t provide a lot of support. Better pillows and a new water heater could go a long way.

Had a great stay. Location was convenient for being relatively close to the Greyhound station and PPG arena. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Only complaint l would have is that the TV in the room wasn't working, and no one came to fix it after l called.
