We had a wonderful greeting by the hotel manager. He assisted with getting us checked in and provided us options for a late dinner. Our room was clean and easy to locate what we needed. The refrigerator was cold (not always the case). Pool was great. Breakfast was well stocked. I’d stay there again!

Quick overnight stay. Staff was friendly, though not overly helpful when checking in. It felt odd to have to ask where things were (elevator, pool, breakfast, etc.). Most times the staff will give that information when checking in quote being asked first. There was a broken shelf in our bathroom but a quick text to notify the staff made sure we were not charged for the preexisting damages. Breakfast was standard and had grab and go options. The mini waffle machine was a plus! I would definitely stay here again.

There was quite a lot if construction going on. That didn't bother us really, it was just inconvenient, But not a big deal. The pool area was great as was the breakfast. (Except for the construction noise) The problem was the condition of the room itself ... it was not good. It was clean but "falling apart". We brought it to the attention of the front desk and they told us maintenance would check it out/ take care of it. No one did and we weren't offered the opportunity to move to a different room. (It was definitely not fully booked) my anniversary trip wasn't ruined, but it could have been a lot better. I'll think twice before booking another Hampton Inn.
