Not bad Soap dispense did not work though it was full. No instructions.. One person at reception. overloaded. Good points was Bus station outside hotel but they did not tell me I found out elsewhere.

A great place to stay

Even though a bit outside the city center the hotel has easy access by direct bus line (which I had to find out as my car broke down). The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathtub is a bit high to climb into for showering, might not be suitable for everyone. The breakfast had plenty of delicious choices and was definitely worth the extra price. Parking is Euro 6/night. The location of the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood which made for a perfect sleep. I just wish the hotel had an official/clear suggestion/rule about handling towels and bedsheets to avoid daily washing with an environmental sensibility in mind. Overall a great stay for our 3 nights.

Hotel was great.

The hotel is great, but a staff member was really rude. I have never in my life have been treated like that before. If they are hiring people like that to work in a hotel, Then I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Apart from that the other staff members were amazing and the hotel is in a great location.

Friendly professional staff

This hotel was clean and friendly. Staff were helpful and kept luggage safe when we checked out , for a whole afternoon. Would of preferred a kettle eat in the room but was able to get one every morn from dinning room anyway.

Spacious hotel with good breakfast, staff helpful

We stayed half a week in Bremen and used this hotel as our base station and retreat. The hotel is located at the quite fringe of Bremen, with direct bus to city centre , running frequently. We had a very spacious room with good facilities and comfy bed. Mind you there is no mini bar. But we were offered help. Also, drinks are sold at very reasonable price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Whatever question or request we had,they were there to help. Kudos. Breakfast was fresh, good choice and reasonably priced. The hotel could do with a refresh.

Nice hotel close to the city center

The hotel was amazing. The room was very clean, and we could even get in before the check in time! The food for breakfast was really good as well. The hotel was nice and quiet, the room was cleaned each day.

Great way to start your holiday

This hotel and parking facility is a great way to take the strain out of air travel, especially for short breaks where your flight is early in the morning where rush hour traffic could be a problem.

Great place to stay while working

The staff did anything I asked (and there were quite a few complications I had). Food was top notch, with really big portions. Room was big and clean, everything worked well. Good taxi links and a bus stop straight to the centre right outside the hotel. The WIFI was a bit shakey, my shampoo ran out and my croutons went soggy quite fast. But they were the only negatives I could find in an otherwise great place.

Can't beat it

great hotel for the motorist. although about 15 minutes outside of city center, there is free parking and the local bus line 24, which stops at the hotel takes you right into downtown! the breakfast room is really tastefully furnished and looks into the garden. Overall very positive experience.

Excellent for sight seeing- easy transport to the city centre

We stayed at the hotel to visit the Christmas markets and it was ideal for this. It was by far the cheapest hotel we found and although it was a little outside of the city centre, buses were frequent and stopped right outside the hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming and we could buy bus tickets from reception. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a getaway!

Loved Bremen

This hotel was a real deal, a very nice place with a nice little restraunt (the snitzel was awesom). The only drawback is that it is in the suburbs. Knowing this, we took a taxi there, but were able to use the local tram/bus for the next 2 days; it stops in front of the hotel every 10 min. The daily tram ride also gave us a good impression of the real city. My only regret is that we should have had the breakfast, it looked great.

Quiet and friendly hotel

The hotel is situated in the surroundings of Bremen just 20min away by bus and with bus stops nearby. So it's located in a quiet neighborhood. We reserved it through Expedia and got a good deal without breakfast, but we could have breakfast near the hotel (200mts) and there was also a Lidl supermarket and a McDonalds restaurant. But if one wished it was possible to have breakfast in the hotel as well as other meals as the hotel has a friendly restaurant and also a bar. We had a conference running in one of the hotel's conference rooms and it all went well. The hotel has wireless internet.

Good location, good value.

I was a little worried this hotel would be difficult to find, but its location right at a main bus stop made it a snap! The staff was friendly and did an excellent job helping me out, even though I was unfamiliar with the language or transit system. I was impressed by the rooms, very neat and orderly, everything you could need. The only downside is other than the restaurant in the hotel, the next nearest bite to eat isn't close enough to walk to.

Auf Grund von Covid 19 konnten wir leider nicht alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels nutzen , sonst war soweit alles in Ordnung, sie haben sich große Mühe gegeben . Das Bett war einzigartig bequem, wenn die Nachbarn nicht so laut gewesen wären, hätte ich auch bestimmt besser geschlafen. Das Problem wurde vom Personal aber gut gelöst. Leider fehlt eine Klimaanlage, schlafen nur mit offenem Fenster möglich,da wir bis spät Abends Sonne im Zimmer(5.Stock) hatten und es gut warm war. Das Treppenhaus ist leider sehr unfreundlich und die Aufzüge von 1972 sehr ruckelig.
