The independent (induction) kitchen is fully equipped and features large worktops. It is adjacent to the dining room which extends into a large living room with TV, radio and fireplace. The sober decor is punctuated with refined and family-friendly touches. Living areas and living spaces benefit greatly from the sunlight entering through the French windows. They open directly onto the tiled terrace. Garden furniture and barbecue allow you to settle in the tree-lined and enclosed garden.

The village, 1 km away, is alive all year round. After the shops, the Dunes beach stretches out facing the Atlantic, conducive to swimming pleasures and relaxation on the sand. Feeling like moving? Forest jogging, cycling routes, surf sessions and paddle in the marshes will satisfy you. Just before enjoying an aperitif on the terrace of an oyster bar facing the setting sun. And you might be surprised to discover the local vineyard, less known than its Nantes neighbour, but a source of good wines. To change scenery while keeping the marine spirit, you will successively visit the seaside town of Les Sables d'Olonne and the port of Saint-Gilles Croix de Vie, about fifteen kilometres away.
