We particularly liked the view of the lake fromthe balcony. We chose the apartment for the location close to the lake and the Seebühne for the festival, and it was a very good choice. You can easily perambulate through the city or along the lake from here. Max was a great host and very responsive. He also gave great recommendations. We loved Bregenz and will be back. If the apartment is available then, we'd gladly book it again.

Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht noch einmal buchen, es war das Geld nicht Wert! Die Wohnung hätte viel Potenzial, wenn es sauberer und besser eingerichtet wäre. Es war überall staubig, die Bettwäsche hatte flecken und im Bad waren überall Kalkflecken. Auf der Homepage stand nicht dran, dass es keine Küchenzeile gibt. Besteck, waren exakt ein Löffel und eine Gabel vorhanden. Zum Glück brauchten wir nur etwas zum schlafen. An einigen Stellen hingen Kabel aus den Wänden, der Fernseher stand auf dem Couchtisch und der Kühlschrank war mitten im Wohnzimmer gefühlt.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, super zentral gelegen es ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen und der Ausblick Richtung See ist mega schön. Allerdings hat man auch den Bahnhof direkt im Blick was uns aber nicht störte. Wir waren ebenfalls positiv überrascht über den Kühlschrank.

Nice appartment for the active travelers

Appartement on the 9´th floor. Nice view to the Bodensee. You have to be prepared to go out eating every meal. No possibility to make your own breakfast. We were 3 adults. The oldest is 84 years old. We enjoyed the stay, and had no problems, but this appartement is better for younger persons, who have a higher mobility, You have to walk every time you need anything because of the location.

Zur Wohnung: Bad neu und sauber. Für 2 Personen leider nur 2 Duschtücher und 1 Handtuch. 1 Duschtusch und 2 Sitzkissen für Balkon nass. 1 Zahnputzbecher. Kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasserkocher, nicht ausreichend Besteck. Spülschüssel vorhanden, jedoch kein Geschirrtuch. Die Wohnung war vor Bezug grob Staubgesaugt. Dabei wurden die Ecken vergessen. Kein Esstisch. 2 Stühle standen gestapelt in der Ecke. Zum Essen war der einzige Tisch auf dem Balkon. Der Fernseher stand auf dem Couchtisch. Topfblumen z. T. vertrocknet mit Laubfall. Fenster nicht geputzt. Einziger Lichtblick: ein traumhafter Ausblick auf den Bodensee. Das Rolladenband am großen Fenster riss am 2. Tag ab: Verschleiß. Damit war der Ausblick auf den Bodensee von Schlafbereich auch erledigt. Der Vermieter hat unsere Mängel ignoriert.

Eine sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft

Eine sehr saubere und Zentral gelegene Wohnung leider fehlt eine Küche oder und ein Kühlschrank sonst wäre die Wohnung Perfekt. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen. Preis Leistung passt.

Tolle Aussicht und einige Minus-Punkte

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, jedoch ein wenig unorientiert. Die Bettbezüge und das Spannbetttuch waren gewaschen, jedoch noch nicht trocken. Auch über die Lüftung/Heizung im Bad wurde es nicht besser. Die Lüftung stank später nach Abwasser-Kloake. Der Hinweis, dass es keine Küche gab, haben wir übersehen. Er war hilfsbereit und hat unsere Sachen in seinen Kühlschrank gelegt. Jedoch wäre noch ein Hinweis gut, dass das Wasser aus der Leitung nicht genießbar ist und wir Wasser in Flaschen kaufen müssen. Eine Flasche Wasser stand da, sehr lieb, war aber zu wenig. Die Jugendlichen fühlen sich in der Wohnung bestimmt wohl, für die älteren müsste sie ein wenig mehr aufgeräumt sein. Die Aussicht auf Bregenz und den Bodensee ist toll.

Super Wohnung mit einer sehr guten Lage

Wir kamen 22:30 Uhr an. Der Check In hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Wir sind erst 12:00 Uhr abgereist. Da gab es auch keine Probleme. Vor dem Haus kann nicht geparkt werden. Es ist direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof ein öffentlicher Parkplatz. Tagesticket kostet 7,90€. Für Gebäck ausladen kann direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Trotz des schlechten Wetters hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Blick auf den Bodensee und den Pfänder von der Wohnung aus ist sehr schön. Alles war innerhalb weniger Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns sogar die Taschen hochgetragen. Die Wohnung hat keine Küche. Die braucht man nicht. BREGENZ hat sehr viele Restaurants und Cafés. Ein Wasserkocher für den Kaffee und Tee am Morgen gab es in der Wohnung. Hat uns vollkommen gereicht. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen und würden wieder dort übernachten.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter

Große, sehr saubere 2 einhalb Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon, die uns für den verregneten Aufenthalt in Bregenz entschädigt hat. Die Lage ist sehr zentral zwischen Hafen und dem Festspielhaus in der neunten Etage mit Aufzug. Direkt in der Nähe befindet sich ein großer, bezahlbarer Parkplatz. Wir werden wiederkommen.
