This is a great spot for your Breckenridge adventure: less than 50 yards from Breck’s Lower Lehman Run, Quicksilver Superchair and ski school — and strolling distance from all the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. This place is an excellent choice!

Trails End Easy Rest Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom end-unit condo that is perfect for groups of up to four. In the living area, there’s a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV; it’s the perfect place to relax and brag about your day on the slopes. There’s a patio to take in the mountain air, too. And you have a full kitchen to make après ski snacks and meals when you’re not enjoying Breck’s nearby dining options. There's seating for five at the counter.

You will also enjoy the on-site shared hot tub and access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tub, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day so your vacation can be as hassle free as possible.

This is a fantastic ski in/out condo 2 minutes from the Quicksilver Lift at Breckenridge. The unit is very nice and perfect for 2-4 people. Since the unit is on the first floor it makes it very easy yo get to the slopes and hot tub without using the stairs.

Cozy spot for two

Excellent location and cleanliness. The hot tub was out for a few days, but we were granted entry to the hot tub across the street. Walking distance to lifts and main street. We didnt use our car once. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoying Breck!

Trails End Starry Night was perfect for our stay. Starry Night was lovely, comfortable, and had everything needed for a great ski vacation. The checkin and checkout process was so easy and professional thanks to Summit Mountain. We chose Trails End for several years because of the premium location. Unfortunately, both last year and this year the hot tubs were not in working order for a majority of the time. This is one amenity we really enjoy after a full day of skiing.

Great Stay for Our Spring Skiing

We were delighted to find the property and pleasantly surprised to enter the cozy, clean and well equipped place. The hosts have thought of everything to make our stay at the property an unforgettably comfortable and to makes us feel at home away from Home. We celebrated our daughter's birthday by gifting her with the spring skiing vacation in Breckenridge where we enjoyed the proximity to the Gondola and even to Vail resort. We loved the framed message from the hosts "We may not have it all together but together we have it all!" We had it all, comfort, quiet place, beautiful fireplace and most importantly EACH OTHER without phones, emails and SM. Summit Rentals were extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and inquiries, making the check in and check out process and our stay and getting around an easy and pleasant experience. Thank you!!! Highly recommend it!

Annual Ski Trip to Brek

Great location to Quicksilver lift and main street a close walk away. Very comfortable condo and well equipped. Only disappointing aspect of stay was the indoor hot tub at the complex was out of order.

Condo is in a great location. Walking distance to coffee, food and yummy desserts. Property and common areas were clean. Love the updated kitchen and plenty of seating around the counter. It was close corners for 4 adults but we made it work.

This condo is great for 2 people (any more would have been pretty cramped). Super comfortable bed!! Location is great - it’s an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Kitchen was pretty basic. I’d definitely stay here again!

Love this ski in/ski out location. Condo was small but clean. Manager responded promptly to anything we needed, which turned out to be several things. Very basic kitchen supplies. Most loved it for the location.

Dishes in the cupboards were dripping wet with food still stuck to them. Someone obviously pulled them out of the dishwasher without ensuring they were clean or dry. Also the bathroom exhaust fan is broke and despite saying they would come fix it while we were there, maintenance never appeared
