This was a wonderful hotel! The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Facilities were clean and everything was organized. Valet parking was convenient (sometimes it had long wait times but not too bad). The restaurant has good food. Finding the right elevator was challenging at first (better signage needed). Room was modern and elegant. Pullout couch was a plus. Pillows were very soft but ok. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Great location across the street from Beaver Run lift. The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. The rooms are big and comfortable. Shower size is big, seating area is nice as well. The downside, rooms are separated by 2 towers. To get to the 8th floor you need to take 1 elevator to 7th and then walk down a series of hallways to next elevator. Then take that elevator to 8 thru 10th floors. Inconvenient to say the least. Also, only one elevator per tower.

Front desk staff a little lazy and rude. Took for ever to check in, took forever to check out. One person works at the desk and most of the time they are hiding in the office. My wife got 2 bottles of water after dinner and the front desk person didn’t say hello, do you need anything else, just said, room number and name. Then didn’t say goodby or ask if she needed anything else. Seems like the people working here do not like their jobs. The lift was broken to level 7 so we had to take the stairs.

Worst hotel ever

My wife and I came down with norovirus late the night before our stay. We called first thing in the morning to cancel our appointment because we were vomiting, had diarrhea, fevers and the chills. The front desk told us they had cancelled if, but the never did. I called two different times and they confirmed that it was cancelled. Two days later we got a notification that we were checked in and the cancellation never occurred and that we would not be receiving our money back even though we never stayed at the hotel. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel and would never consider staying here in the future.

I recently stayed at Hotel Alpenrock Breckenridge, Curio Collection by Hilton, and I had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, which really made my stay special. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to choose from. I also loved the valet car service and the ski valet—such a convenient touch! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Breckenridge. It was a perfect blend of comfort and excellent service!
