This excellent corner unit has so much to offer in terms of space and views. While grilling on the private balcony or enjoying the new hot tub you will be able to see all of the Breckenridge Ski Area. These are some of the most sought after views in town! Take advantage of this comfortable unit while watching the flat screen TV or relaxing in front of the gas fireplace. High-def television is available in the living area, master and second bedrooms. This three bedroom unit is very popular with its spacious rooms and bedding choices. It also comes equipped with a washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gas grill, a private ski locker and an underground parking space. Park Avenue Lofts also has a common-area outdoor hot tub, fitness center and conference center. Being only a 1/2 block from Main Street and the slopes, everything is nice and close to this location.
