Guests can ski home at the end of the day via the Four O’Clock Ski Run, only five minutes from the complex. Plus, all of the premiere shopping, dining, and drinking that Main Street offers is just one block away from these fantastic condos.

This condo is a great value and has underground heated garage parking with elevator access. Indoor hot tubs on ground level.

Included with this fabulous condo is a full kitchen with granite countertops, an underground garage, Wi-Fi, cable, a new sofa, and more. The best feature of this fabulous condo, however, is the extra-large family gathering area. Perfect for relaxing at the end of the day, the comfy layout is sure to please. The location was great. About an 8 minute walk to both the Quicksilver Lift and Main St. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was adequately supplied. Master bed was firm but comfortable. Checkin procedure was simple and the Sun Country management team was very responsive. We had a couple of maintenance issues that we reported and they were fixed immediately. The underground garage is also a nice perk in inclement weather. The condo is a bit dated. 3 frying pans were severly scratched and should be replaced. We would stay there again.

Great stay for snowboarding

The property location was a short walk to Quicksilver lift and a short walk from 4 o’ clock run. It was also a great place to head to Main Street for food, drinks, and entertainment.

Great location

Place is in good condition, nothing special honestly but location is great. You are at ski lift after only 4 min walking. Garage is good and hot tub and sauna makes it place worth a 5 stars.

Good location but poor checkin process

Let me start by saying the location is fantastic, property clean and rental staff attentive. That is where it ends. This could be a great property with a little help. Very very dated. I mean with terrible mattresses so bad my son chose the couch over his bed. We did not have blinds in the master because they had fallen and no one had repaired them. The staff did come the next day and replace. The hot water was off and on cold and it was freezing outside. No blankets on the beds. Most terrible was that you had to pick up the key, a hard key, at a different location than the condo which is about a half mile away. This is problematic if you arrive by shuttle or Uber or leave by shuttle. Why in this modern age there is not a code on the door is absurd. Also, they left us one key which is what we used and then charged us 50 dollars for two keys. I would recommend this place if you have a car and do not mind really bad beds and cold showers. Really nice guy Cade in rental office but they should update for price.

It was a good stay overall, the unit is a little dated, you can tell by the cold air coming thru the closed windows or the slower-draining sink. Great location and amenities, good communication with the property manager

Summer Golf Outing

Friends and I stayed here for a weekend of mountain golf. Perfectly located near all restaurants, easy parking, and lots of space. This place is nice, has great furniture, access to a hot tub, and its own balcony. Showerheads are a little low for tall people but that is my only critique. Thank you for letting us stay here!

This condo was very LOUD. You could hear garage door open & close all day and night, you can hear all guest above, below, and beside you. You hear them going to the bathroom, talking, snoring, and you hear people outside. Pull out couch is broken. Master Mattress is old and a thin foam mattress was laid on top.

Property was quiet, clean and was walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. Kitchen well stocked with basic cookware, dishes and essentials. We enjoyed the time spent there and definitely will be on our preferred list of destinations.

Nice location

This condo is in a nice location with a heated garage. The kitchen was decent. Not stocked with any spices so make sure if you are cooking to bring your own. It just really needs updating and cleaned really well. The master bed mattress was hard. Humidifier in one bedroom was not working and with the dry air it really needs one. We had to.clean the larger humidifier as it was slimy and the filter needs replaced. The hot tubs were new and nice. We have stayed many places in Breckenridge but would probably not choose this property again.
