The 'Cwtch' is a beautiful, cosy cottage based in Braunton Village just minutes from local shops & restaurants. The beach is only a five minute drive away and being dog friendly we are perfectly located for your four - legged friends to enjoy a sea side getaway too! 'The Cwtch' has a large kitchen/diner/lounge which is beautifully decorated and for those sunny evenings we offer a BBQ so you can dine outside. Sleeping 6 across 3 bedrooms the 3rd of which can be a twin or a double! 'The Cwtch' is the larger of two converted barns forming part of the courtyard to one of Braunton’s oldest houses. 'The Cwtch' has an open planned living area and decorated beautifully! There is a small utility area with a washing machine a family bathroom with a shower over bath & toilet. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower & toilet - both bathrooms have recently been newly renovated in 2021 offering stylish finishes. Guests have their own outside garden area , perfect for 'al fresco' dining and letting four legged friends stretch their legs. 'The Cwtch' has its own entrance and parking for two cars in a shared parking area on the premises. Nicky and Martin live in the main house and will give you space to enjoy your holiday whilst being available should you require them. Situated close to the centre of the village, the holiday homes are within easy reach of Braunton’s shops, restaurants and pubs. Braunton is the gateway to North Devon’s surfing area, and the well renowned beaches of Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe offer some of the best sandy beaches and surf in the country. The backdrop to these beaches is the stunning South West Coast Path which offers some excellent walking with lovely views over the sea. ACE holiday lettings works closely with local businesses offering activities from surfing and coast steering to yoga and massage - just ask for more details. Braunton is on the main bus route to local towns, villages and beaches. Although the cottage sleeps 6 should you wish to bring an additional person or child we can provide a z - bed or travel cot so please ask and we will endeavour to accommodate them.
