So war das Zimmer vollkommen in Ordnung für 2 Leute Einrichtung gut alles soweit vorhanden.Das Bad müsste leider mal dringend renoviert werden , Schimmel in der Dusche ist sehr unangenehm. Kleinere Mängel wie lockere Wasserhahn in der Küche kann man drüber weg sehen.Aber die Sauberkeit muss verbessert werden .Es hieß wir können eher in das Zimmer das ist fertig es war einer drin vorher .Es war nichts fertig .Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurde neben bei das Bad schnell gereinigt , ansonsten wurde dort weder mal gekehrt oder gewischt . Bettwäsche und Handtücher hatten wir selber mit gebracht da kann ich nichts zu sagen , obwohl die Decken auch Flecken hatten genau wie die Gardinen die bedürfen auch mal einer Reinigung wie Fußleisten.Für 2 Nächte ging das alles ne Woche würde ich nicht machen .Wie gesagt Ausstattung Umgebung war gut . Sauberkeit sehr Ausbaufähig.Tut mir auch leid so bewerten zu müssen da die Dame sehr freundlich war aber da muss was passieren .Trotzdem waren es 2 schöne Tage

Gute Ferienwohnung, schöner Ferienort für Erholungssuchende

An sich gute Ferienwohnung mit allen Dingen, die man für die eigene Verpflegung benötigt. Die Grundreinigung sollte allerdings optimiert werden. Wir müssen nicht vom Boden essen, aber Flecken am Boden, Staubflusen hinterm Sessel (beim Lichtschalter für Stehlampe), Gläser wohl nicht richtig gereinigt vom Vormieter, stark verschmutzter Elektrogrill, der für uns dadurch nicht nutzbar war (diese Punkte sollten bei Endreinigung zumindest stichpunktartig kontrolliert werden). Toller Ort mit Restaurants, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Wanderrouten und andere Freizeitmöglichkeiten

Der Harz ist immer eine Reise wert

Meine Eltern waren sehr begeistert. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, super eingerichtet, lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt, nachdem mein Vater mit der Verwaltung telefoniert und einen Treffpunkt und Zeitpunkt ausgemacht hat. Mehr Infos zur Schlüsselübergabe auf der Internetseite wären wünschenswert. Das Dazu buchen eines weiteren Tages war überhaupt kein Problem und hat telefonisch unkompliziert geklappt. Die Wegbeschreibung war super und die Betreuung sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Meine Eltern waren begeistert und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Viele liebe Grüße Andrea H.

Diese kleine Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und top gepflegt, modern eingerichtet.. Kurz um... Einfach perfekt.. Abwicklung Schlüsselübergabe etc. Komplikationslos
