On November 27, 2024, I had a terrible experience at the Best City Hotel. The hotel offers a paid laundry service that is supposed to operate until 10 PM. I placed all my clothes in the washing machine and arrived exactly at 10 PM to collect them. However, the laundry room was already closed, and the staff had left.
I called the reception desk using the number provided, but the receptionist was unavailable. I believe he left before 10 PM because I arrived on time, even a few minutes earlier. I will check the security camera tomorrow to confirm that I arrived at exactly 10 PM.
I need to leave at 8 AM, but the receptionist told me he would only be available at 9 AM. This is completely unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint and demanding compensation for the inconvenience. As a lawyer, I know my rights and will ensure that this issue is addressed properly.
