Avoid at All Costs! (0/5 Stars) If I could give zero stars, I would! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. There was NO internet, NO water, and NO air conditioning—completely unacceptable! The hotel’s description is entirely misleading; nothing was as advertised. Staying here for even one night was unbearable. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

ESPELUNCA é um elogio

O Hotel é uma verdadeira ESPELUNCA. Sujo, bagunçado, atendimento péssimo. Gerência completamente sem treinamento. Depois de esperar para o check in, que só tem UMA funcionária, ficamos mais de 2h esperando o controle remoto no quarto, com calor insuportável. Camas velas, SUJAS e tortas. Banheiro com lixeiro com queimaduras de cigarro. Gerente incompetente e mal educado que só sabe gaguejar e nao resolve nada. Camas com bedbugs. Saí do hotel assim q amanheceu. FUJAM desse pulgueiro sujo.

Atendentes solícitos e prontos a ajudar, no geral, mas atendimento muito lento. Passei um susto no meio da noite, por volta da 1h15 da madrugada, alguem entra no meu quarto, onde eu estava sozinha, dormindo. Acordei assustada e nao consegui ver quem era. Na hora do check out fiz a reclamacao pra recepcionista, que verificou que tinham feito uma troca de quarto sem lançar no sistema, de maneira que o quarto onde eu estava, de fato, estava como vazio no sistema. Entao, o outro hospede entrou no quarto designado pra ele no sistema, que era onde eu estava. Uma falha de segurança que nao pode acontecer.

Gostei da hospedagem

Cama de molas com defeito, mas roupa de cama e banho limpas e novas. Café da manhã muito bom. Hotel bem localizado perto do Eixo Monumental, próximo à Torre de TV, do shopping Conjunto Nacional e da Rodoviária do Plano Piloto. Recomendo.
