Branson 2025

This is a nice place to stay if you want to relax. I gave a 4 star because in the unit we was originally assigned to the ac was broken. They tried to fix it but couldn't and we had to move to another unit. We sat in the unit for over 4 hours and temp was 76 degress. We was not offered another unit until we called and told them we couldn't stay in there any longer. There are daily activities but not alot for the kiddos to do in the evenings. No playground and game room consists of pool table and a ping pong table. They do have board games snd puzzles. We had a 5 year old and she bored quickly with that. Everyone was friendly and the units was clean. Enjoyed the stay and got lots of great photots.

Westgate - Branson

From the start to finish we were well taken care of. The building & room smelt clean and nice. Environment was friendly and quiet, and the view was spectacular. We’ll definitely be back when we visit Branson.

View not as advertised but a good place to stay

The place was really nice. It would have been the perfect place if they trim the tree down so first floor occupants can see the lake as advertised. The view was partially obscured by several trees. I would never recommend staying on the first floor. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

This was a great property but was surprised at the amount of resort fees that were applied without notification upon booking nor upon arrival. Resort fees per day were as much as the nightly fee. $250 in daily resort fees. For that reason alone we would not stay here again.

Very nice facility. Great views from the one bedroom suite. Have daily activities, nice comfortable bed. Kitchens had all the supplies you need…only downfall is that they do not provide housekeeping at all during your stay. You can text for them to bring towels etc and pick up trash but no one cleans the room.

Room 207B specifically was the unit I rented. Booked for 4 nights total. When we arrived, we checked the unit for any damages etc. Upon review we found the following items: couch cushions with numerous stains on them, window curtains in the bedroom with numerous stains on the lower portion, windows that were not sealed and let in either hot or cold air depending on the outside temperature, and a damaged closet door inside the bathroom from an entry door hitting in the same location. Additionally, we found ants in the bedroom, which we believe were coming in through the broken seal on the exterior window. Just to note, level 2 has a landing on the lake side that everyone decides to use as a smoking platform, which is basically right next to the unit's outdoor patio/balcony. Hard to enjoy the balcony unless you wanted to smell like smoke. Not ideal for if you have kids either, since they end up smelling like smoke if they sit on the balcony while people decide that's the perfect place to smoke with no consideration for others. Very nice staff working, but do not recommend this property for the reasons listed above.

Nice resort

Stayed here because we found it on hotels.com and was just as cheap as a regular hotel. Picked it because it had a hot tub and offered breakfast but when we arrived neither was offered. Bought the timeshare at the presentation and received a text welcoming us as a WOW member but because our membership was in pending status the desk clerk wouldn’t give us our discount when we bought some food at the store. Other than those issues it’s a nice place.
