The rooms are okay it's just that internet was very poor. We couldn't use the wifi all through. We couldn't watch TV or connect our devices to the internet. Other than that it's an amazing place to be

1. This is a beautiful property. The house we rented was excellently maintained and had a lot of charm. Our family was very comfortable with our stay. 2. The office staff was exceptionally helpful. The concierge was a little pushy trying to convince us to attend a seminar, but relented when we firmly declined. 3. The cleaning/make-ready is done by a third-party company -- we found this out because it took us 2 days to get a shower curtain for the downstairs shower. It was obvious that everything had been cleaned and washed, but the sheets in the master bedroom were stained. 4. Despite the minor challenges with the make-ready team, we really enjoyed our stay. Next time we are in Branson, it is very likely we will be renting at Stormy Point again. It was an EXCELLENT value and a good experience overall.

Was good except the sales pitch. I had tell the lady five times I am not interested in time share. They make you get your parking pass the the sales room. Just get parking pass and work out. Being nice and polite is a waste of time. High pressure sales at its finest.

Staff very friendly and helpful upon check in!! House was clean and enough room for 5 adults and 2 kids. The only problems were the TV in the living room would suddenly go silent and you had to turn the TV off then back in to hear your program. Other than that it was an excellent atay. Lives the location, it was close to everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

The location is very close to Branson. Good area to get to all the shows, etc. The Cottage we had was not very clean. Needed much attention. ( cleaning) Thick dusts on blinds. Floors all over the cottage needed much attention . We kept our socks on at all times. Noted on bottom of socks animal hair, soiled, dust. Noted water spot on floor. Wiped it up and noted towel to be dirty . Corners in kitchen crumbs, soiled. Please inform housekeeper. Possible need new cleaning equipment. Bed comfortable. Informed two staff employees re” cottage not clean. One didn’t say anything and the other stated she would inform manager of housekeeping. 🤔
