Clean Rooms

Clean rooms. Looks as if they have been recently remodeled. A basic budget stay. No hair dryer or coffee pot or box of Kleenex, but the room was very clean and the staff very friendly. I always bring my hair dryer on all my trips and never drink room coffee, so the fact that there was no hair dryer or coffee pot didn't bother me.

Good for the cheap price. They have recently updated. Like the review say, bathtubs stained but clean. Pillows are terrible so bring your own pillow! Overall good stay for how cheap it is! All the workers seemed nice to us. Pool was nice and cool and pretty clean!

False advertising

When we first got there they were unable to check us in for some reason on their end is what the guy said. Then when we got into the room it was so much smaller than what it looked like online it was like false advertising. The room was also so stuffy and hot even with the AC on full blast and at the lowest temperature. I was physically sweating in this room worse than I was outside. Then comes the shower the pressure was horrible and it squeaked the entire time it was on it was so unbearable. The room itself was also dirty my feet turned black from walking on the floors after a shower and the towel that was meant for the floor even turned black after getting wet. We also didn’t get to even use the pool because again it was false advertising the pool was so much smaller than what the pictures where it was like I booked this hotel and got there to a completely different hotel than what was advertised. The pool also closed at 9 which is so early. The only thing that saves this hotel from having a 1 star is their breakfast had a good variety besides the watered down gravy and the bed was very comfortable.

Staff was helpful and respectful, the pool was clean and comfortable, the room was spacious enough and nice enough for the price. The only negative was the ac didn’t keep up with outside temps being near triple digits outside I was understanding but the room was roughly 78° throughout the night. Was an issue but not big enough to call the desk at midnight to complain.

Close to Silver Dollar City

I go to Silver Dollar City often and this is my go-to hotel! I have stayed at this hotel many times and its ALWAYS clean. Its nothing fancy but its a clean hotel with extremely friendly staff that is very budget friendly only 1 mile from SDC park.

The outside looks a little dated and in need of some work but when I walked into the room I was pleasantly surprised!! I would stay there again. We went to Silver Dollar city and this hotel is right down the road. Nice breakfast selection and i slept well on the fnice foam mattresses they had
