Very little sound proofing between the bottom and top floors of our house. We could hear EVERYTHING from the bottom floor. Every morning, the family upstairs was stomping and running around at 6am and even into the evenings. If the top floor took showers/baths, no hot water was left for my family downstairs and we had luke warm showers. Don’t think the heat was working well- with the thermostat on heat at 72-73 degrees at night, it was still freezing in the house with no extra blankets available. over night outside did not get below 50 degrees at night so the house should not have felt THAT cold. Then to take luke warm showers was not great…. The atmosphere of the area and hotel in itself was great, but the house we stayed in was unfortunately not.

Rooms were great, clean and comfortable. They used bracelets as keys which were quite handy. We did have some problems with the TV in the living room but bedroom tvs worked so good enough.

The room and linens smelled musty. May husband noticed it too. It was like the linens had been stored a long, long time. The entire unity had this smell. Also, sheets weren't very soft, but just alright. Honest opinion.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, spacious living/dining area, everything we needed in the kitchen, beautiful grounds. The cleaning could have been a bit better - a few things left on the floor (vacuum?), bathroom counter was smeary (needed to be wiped down better), dirty towel on the floor in toilet room. Everything functioned well- washer/dryer, dishwasher; good water pressure, nice balcony. We would stay here again.
