The room was clean except for one hair in the sink when we arrived. It was cold outside, so the excellent heating in the room was appreciated. The continental breakfast was simple--a little more variety would have been nice. The staff was friendly and efficient.

This was an amazing place to stay! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with clean rooms, great room service, and excellent breakfast. Staff was super nice and friendly, and check in and check out was a breeze. 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely stay here again!!

My wife and I stayed two nights because we were attending the Praisefest at the Mansion Theatre. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I usually judge a place by it’s water pressure in the shower… Ha ha! This one did not disappoint at all. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and nice decor in the dining area. I am sure that we will be returning soon!!

The check in was very pleasant. We thought the cleanliness of the room was wonderful. One thing that should be kept in mind, Expedia and Hotel.com both say that they have a continental breakfast. Their breakfast includes sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, toaster waffles, fruit, juices, coffee and other things. Much more than a continental breakfast and it was well stocked every morning we were there.

The desk clerk was not very friendly at first, but he did call us when our room was ready which was above and beyond for service. The room was maybe a 7 for cleanliness. The bathroom was not cleaned well so we were disappointed. The water pressure in the shower is terrible. Just a hard trickle of water comes from the shower head. The beds are fairly comfortable. Just general “updating and TLC” would be helpful. The breakast was really good! Biscuits were light and fluffy, gravy was flavorful, and there was a good variety to choose room. The lady in the dining room was very friendly and everything was clean!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stayed at Carriage House Inn for 3 nights This was our third time staying at Carriage House Inn, and overall it was a solid stay for the price. Breakfast was a typical continental spread but with plenty of options — biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, toast, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, Nutri-Grain bars, apples, bananas, oranges, coffee, juice, and tea (I’m sure I’m missing a thing or two). It was convenient and did the job before heading out for the day. The rooms were standard motel rooms with two queen beds. Comfort was a little hit-or-miss: my husband and son’s bed was much more comfortable than the one my daughter and I slept in. My parents stayed in the adjoining room, and their beds were better than ours as well. That said, for the price and a short 3-night stay, it was totally manageable. If we come back again, I’ll definitely request a different room and hope the mattresses in that one have been updated. 😉 Overall, the property has been consistently decent every time we’ve stayed, and we’d consider staying again. Thanks for another good visit.

The Carriage House Inn looks like it belongs on a Hallmark movie at Christmas! We were welcomed by friendly front desk staff who was very accomodating. We found our room comfortable and clean, and a good value for the price. The Inn is in a great location, was easy to find, good parking availability, and the breakfast was good. We'd love to come back again next time we are in Branson.
