This was the perfect place to stay if you have an event at the Convention Center or if you want to shop and eat at the Branson Landing. It's an easy walk to both places and the downtown trolley stops right at the front door, so you won't have to walk back. The traffic isn't quite as bad on this end of town as it's farther away from all the major attractions on the strip.

We did not stay. The property was old. We would have had to walk outside to get to the indoor pool and breakfast. We do not expect this from a place rated as very good. We would like a refund or a credit for a different room.

The property is convenient to the landing and downtown area. The staff were friendly. That is all the good I can say. Unfortunately the 1st night we stayed the main road side, the traffic was so loud we couldn't sleep. The next morning I asked to be moved and the staff worked with me to move me interior side later that day. While we waited we went sight seeing and left the do not disturb placard on the door. We came back to switch rooms to find out placard was gone from the door and the staff had been in the room to tidy up. We did not notice anything missing but we did not want them in our room, thus the sign on the door. The pics for the property are deceiving, the property needs renovating! The rooms I would equate to a $39.95 roadside motel, not worth the over three times that price that I had to pay. I have stayed at Best Westerns in different areas and they were always better than this.

Good Value!

This is a clean, comfortable place to stay with a friendly staff. The rooms are dated, but well maintained. Overall a good value for the price. Located close to downtown Branson and The Landing.

1970s motel style

Think more of a 1970s vibe motel that they have attempted to modernize. While the rooms were updated, they weren't the cleanest nor felt the safest.

Perfect stop in Downtown Branson

Perfect location for being in Downtown Branson and close to the Landing. Hotel is dated, but well kept and clean. Breakfast had large variety of offerings compared to many we have had at other locations. Friendly and helpful staff!
