Bed was advertised as queen, but it was just full bed. Mattress felt worse than a couch pull out bed. Room was very tight and you could hear yelling a lot of the night. Room was not as advertised at all

Continental breakfast was better than expected. Room conditions were pretty nice. Bed wasn't as comfortable as others but we enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend.

Room was pretty clean. Convenient to the landing with a decent price. Breakfast was good. Staff was super friendly went above and beyond to make the stay nice. The building is a bit outdated could use a makeover. Overall good price for location.

The room was not at all what we needed nor expected. We had to leave and find another room. We were three women alone and were not comfortable with having an exterior door. Then the room was very old, dark, and unpleasant. We will pursue getting our money refunded. Worst experience ever.

The location of the hotel was great, and our room was updated but was right beside the maintenance shop and the bugs in our room may have come from that shop but it was still unpleasant. The beds were bad and the internet wasn’t compatible to my grandson’s playstation

Check in was easy, great location, beds were comfy and the breakfast was pretty good.. staff was great. The rooms themselves are brown and not that inviting and the bathroom is very very small. If we had more than 2 people it would have been rough.

The room at the Best Western Plus Landing was a 3* at best. The whole facility looks tired. Chipped paint, motel like feel with no indoor hallways. The tile, tub and floor tiles were old. No complaints about the cleaning per se, just old. The staff was fine, not overwhelmingly friendly. This is a decent 2-3* hotel/motel. Definitely not 4* as the listing showed.
