Breakfast was good, lots of options. The room didn't get as cold as we would have liked. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels. The location is near most attractions. All the workers were friendly and helpful.

Nice room. Bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom. Plenty of room. Not a lot of parking spaces. My room in particular, the outlet for the mounted hairdryer didn’t work. So I wasn’t able to use the hairdryer. The complimentary breakfast was really good. This was my second time staying there and I would stay there again.

This is our third time staying at Best Western Centerpoint and again was a good visit. Everything went smoothly , enjoyed the breakfast , the beds were comfy. A lot of things were in walking distance. Nice that you can book the shows in the gift shop. We would not hesitate to stay again if we go back to Branson!!

Great Hotel Amenities and Location

Our room was conveniently located to the office, breakfast and pool. The room was very clean, pleasantly decorated and the beds were comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave were very useful. We enjoyed a hot breakfast with several selections each morning. The staff was friendly and most helpful. The property is within walking distance to several shows, activities, restaurants and shopping. Definitely a great place to stay!

Older building right off the strip. Room was comfortable. Pool was nice. Breakfast was so so. Very small room to serve that size hotel.

We stayed here overnight last Friday. For the “Governor’s Suite” it is not especially fancy, but it is huge, clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. It had a big, comfortable couch, a big tv, the bed & pillows were clean and comfortable (although I always prefer my own) and we especially loved that it had a giant jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! Perfect if you want to be close to everything in Branson.

The staff did an AMAZING job in making my nephew's 10th Birthday special. Other than the keys not working, the major disappointment was the inside pool not being cleaned (very disgusting). We were only able to enjoy it 1 day out of the 6 days we were there.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed in the building with the indoor pool and breakfast area. The grounds were kept very clean. The rooms were sound proof. I never heard a thing going on in halls. The shower head was great with hot water. The bed was just a slight bit hard but I was used to it after the first night. Nice big TV with many channels to choose from. Breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast; Hot food, waffles, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt. They eggs were switched up so it wasn’t the same everyday. The location was perfect. Parking was great! The front desk, housekeeping, and all other employees were friendly.
