We actually were moved to Ozark Valley Inn which they also own. Renee the manager was super. Good breakfast. Two complaints. They had great exercise equipment, but nobody must use it because it was full of cobwebs. And if you aren’t going to clean a room with a 3 night stay, provide more than one tiny waste basket or a place to empty it

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Place was caution taped off and looked closed. Had for rent signs and even no truspassing signs in windows. TV remote has band aids holding the battery door shut. Also it was very cheap. I think most men will like but women will hate. Band aids gross them out and maybe just use some tape. Lose the home depot signs and use a motel no vacancy sign. I wish these nice people luck. ALSO. EXPEDIA NEEDS TO PUT PROPER PHONE NUMBER FOR CONTACT. THE PEOPLE AT BALL PARKS OF AMERICA ARE SICK OF THE CALLS AS THEY ARE NOT CONNECTED TO THE HOTEL

Such sweet staff , new renovation , a few extra amenities ( actual furniture and big fridge), and the price is perfect. Good shower and close to the waterfall hike. The property is obviously getting better and better. The front fence gives off a bad vibe, but it’s a safe place ! Ps. gps tool is through the ball park itself.. to the back of the building where you can’t access the entrance. Otherwise - good affordable place run by good humans.

Seems like they have new management and i really enjoyed my stay. Colt and diana are really good at there jobs i recommend anyone to stay at this hotel .i no id stay again. Thanks again.
