Fix your hot-tub please

The hot-tub is out of order. I wish it would have been specified on the website when I was booking, as I would not have booked this hotel had I known about the lack of a hot-tub. (6/27/25)

The property was clean, beds are comfortable, no to firm with a bit of plush. The check-in was friendly, I did not eat the breakfast but it looked like your typical hotel breakfast. Check Out was easy and the staff was great to deal with and the price was on point.

A nice, cozy place to stay in brandon, not too far from everything especially compared to back home, things are at most maybe 10 to 15 minutes away. Regardless there's some neat places near there and the service is solid.

It was only upon arrival that the desk staff notified us that the pool and hot tub would be closed indefinitely due to a maintenance problem. They were only willing to compensate a one time $10 credit per room on our bill. When we were booking the rooms, 2 months previously, we choose this hotel as they had a pool and hot tub.
