Erbalunga, 10 minutes north of Bastia, in a small very calm residence, F3 (80 square meters), 1st floor, southern exposure, bright, very sunny, beautiful sea view, large terrace, hardwood floors, large living room, 2 bedrooms , large bathroom (teak), 2 toilets, kitchen, loggia, private parking, close to all amenities, 100 meters from the seafront.
The apartment is on the first floor of a very quiet residence. This is a very bright and pleasant crossing. Its rooms are spacious.
The accommodation consists of:
-two rooms of 12m², with a double bed in each room
-a lounge of 24m², with a convertible two-seater
-a bathroom of about 8m², teak with bathtub
-a fully equipped kitchen
-a terrace of 7 m², very nice for lunch or dinner in the evening, accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms
