A superb range of converted barns in a peaceful edge of village location on the Essex/Suffolk borders offering highly specified accommodation, which is ideally suited to large family groups who wish to escape from it all and relax in characterful surroundings with wonderful open views over farmland. This complex is designed to allow visitors to enjoy lavishly finished suites and mingle with close friends or family in a stunning party barn which caters for all their entertaining requirements.
There are eight individual suites arranged over two floors within the principal accommodation barn which can accommodate sixteen guests at full capacity. Each suite has its own shower and toilet along with coffee-making facilities, and there is a generous ground floor suite which is specially designed to accommodate disabled access. The bedroom suites all overlook an attractive courtyard with a south-facing aspect and have seating areas to the front to allow the occupants to enjoy a drink in the sunshine.
The stunning barn is a few yards away and has been cleverly refurbished to provide sumptuous surroundings for guests to enjoy and relax with family. There is a large open plan games and bar area including Table Tennis, adjacent to which is an extensive dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen can be accessed directly from the bar so guests can prepare family meals and entertain accordingly. To the rear of the barn is a large boot room and three lavatories, one with disabled access.
Attractive spiral stairs access the first floor where there is a large TV room with comfortable sofas and chairs where they can enjoy the characterful space, and there is a Sonos sound system fitted to allow the streaming of music, beyond this is a cosy snug for those who want to enjoy some private space.
Accessed from the bar is a superb courtyard garden with wonderful views over fields, where guests can enjoy al-fresco dining and entertaining and watch the sunset in the evening.
There is onsite parking for 8-10 cars.
