All the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful and it’s no surprise that it’s grade 2 listed. We especially liked the entrance at what used to be the train station.

Lovely period grand hotel. Super friendly staff on reception. Quiet whilst being right in the heart of the city with the main shopping centre pretty much next door. Also pet friendly.

Loveley old building, sympathetically renovated, in the centre of Bradford. Executive room was a good size with king size bed. Breakfast was just okay. The hot food self service was not great, with dried out bacon and overcooked fried eggs. Orange juice was poor quality, replenished from a carton of very cheap, basic label juice.

Great location, easy walk to city centre and public transport rail stations etc. hotel is comfortable, staff are very helpful. Hotel is lovely from outside, but interiors are a little 'tired' and could do with a freshen up.

A Pleasant Sto.

Overall the hotel was good. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I didn’t think much to the bathroom. The workmanship eg the sealant around the sink was very amateurish. There was no mat to go in the bath which I would say is a health and safety issue especially given the bottom of the bath was smooth. The parking facilities were most convenient and the breakfast were good. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Pretty poor all round, don’t expect a private car park as it is very much open, not secure and Towards the back there was broken glass and a tent with someone staying in it. Attending a conference which was also held at the hotel, the food was appalling both at the conference and breakfast. Basic sandwiches and chips for delegates, in 15 years hands down the worth conference experience I’ve had. Breakfast was cardboard bacon and not sure what was in the sausages. Every attendee I spoke with had an issue with their room, either talked to the showers, toilet button not working, windows not opening or general cleanliness. If things the best of Bradford then I certainly won’t be coming back.

The faded glory that is the Midland Hotel. A beautiful building, clearly the pride of Bradford once upon a time. Staff are great, building is good - of a little tired in places. Only 'better if' is I think the water in the coffee makers is too hot, giving the coffee a bit of a burnt taste.

Bedrooms are a bit tired (peeling wallpaper, old furniture, dampness around bath etc) at least the one I stayed in was. Plumbing made some strange noises if the toilet was flushed. Shower in the bath is a bit old fashioned. Main foyer etc was lovely. Breakfast not served until 8am on a Sunday was a pain..
