The Beach House Escape

The Beach House Escape is in a great location, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short drive away.

You can also take a quick 10-minute drive to the beautiful Anna Maria Island, where you can enjoy the stunning beaches and charming local shops and restaurants.

It is the perfect place to come home after a day on the beach or out and about in the sun! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house has a screened-in back porch, a gazebo social area in the backyard, and a grill!

There is also an in-unit washer and drier and a dishwasher for your convenience.

***PLEASE READ: There is a studio apartment inside the home, completely separate from the rest of the house. You will have access to everything but the studio. Nothing in the home is shared; you have a private entrance, and the backyard is entirely private to you. The ONLY shared property is the driveway! On average, the studio is occupied one week a month.***

We have taken pleasure in ensuring the home we provide has the listed amenities available, is clean, and is well maintained. Although we do a thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, we kindly ask that you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and any dirty towels in the hamper before leaving. Also, please report any malfunctioning appliances or issues to us right away. The house is very comfortable, and we hope you love it as much as we do.

We want to emphasize that there is to be absolutely NO SMOKING in the home. Also, cooking with strong-smelling spices or deep frying is prohibited. Guests have done this in the past, and it has taken nearly three days to remove the strong odors from the house, even with our professional cleaning. If the home is found to have a pungent smell from cooking or smoking following your stay, we will need to impose a $300 fine. I have an extra guest fee of $8 per person/night. If it is found that you have more guests staying the night than has been booked, you may be requested to leave the property without a refund.
