The Seashell features a well-equipped kitchenette, including a 2-burner stove top, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cutting boards, sink, coffee maker, and a selection of K-cups. You'll also find a fridge/freezer and a microwave for your convenience. Enjoy your meals at the cozy dining table with two chairs.

When it's time to relax after a long day at the beach, the space offers a comfortable queen bed, 4 pillows and blanket. For your convenience a dresser, nightstand, full-length mirror are provided. Great studio room for two. Clean, offered everything you'd need to cook with, laundry is outdoors on property, coins required. A short drive to Anna Maria Island. Communication with owner was great! Would stay here again.

Great Location

Great little studio, it was clean and fairly quiet. AC worked wonderfully and the location worked perfectly for our needs, which was getting out to the race track and being able to explore the area in general. The hosts were awesome to deal with as well when checking in.

The unit had been recently updated. Everything was clean and in good working order. The location was very good to access Anna Maria Island (5 mins without traffic) and IMG Academy (10 mins without traffic). The property isn’t glamorous by any stretch, but certainly functional and has a good location. A nice little place for one or two people.
