Very Enjoyable Stay

This condo was impeccably clean, well appointed and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed, including the happy surprise of an electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable and the ceiling fan quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this lovely place to all.

Very close proximity to IMG

We booked Yvon's condo for its close proximity to IMG, where our son was attending a camp. We chose Yvon's condo over others at Shorewalk as it was a first floor end unit, with sweeping pond views. The condo is very spacious and very well appointed, especially the kitchen, with everything a cook could want or need. The closets are spacious with plenty of hangers and lots of extra bedding, blankets, pillows. It was very convenient to have a full size washer and dryer inside the condo as well. Overall, I would rent again from Yvon. He was immediately responsive when I contacted him.

Great Vacation!

Yvon was an excellent host and the condo was perfect for our stay. The condo was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and situated 10 min from the beach. We will be back!

Perfect location to everything!

We travelled with a 13 and 17 yr old and needed to be close to the academy. The location was 3 minutes away and we were on Anna Maria island in 10 to 15 min. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. My only comment would be the fountain out in the pond wasnt working and some of the outlets but it didnt affect the stay.

Overall it was good

AC went out the day before we left and there was nobody on site to look at it. I messaged the host but only received an apology. Other than that it was clean, as advertised, and we enjoyed our stay.
