We had a great stay at the Coastal Cottage. The place was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed for cooking, going to the beach, playing pickleball, and whatever else we wanted to do. It was just a great week with our family. We spent a lot of time at the house and most of our time outside.The location was great, just five minutes from some spectacular beaches, and we were able to go to St Pete's, a Rays game, and the Drive-In theater. Overall, a fantastic vacation.All of our instructions were clear, communication was great, and we don't have a single complaint about our time there. From the description and pictures, it was exactly what we hoped it would be. I would recommend it to anyone. Great place, great hosts, great area!

Girls weekend for soccer trip

We really enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. We were in town for a soccer showcase and the amenities really gave our teenage girls a place to relax between games. The house was clean and well stocked with towels. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and a short drive to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay

Overall stay was great! Beds were comfortable with lots of towels and pool toys. Pack n play and high chair for baby worked well! We paid extra to heat the pool/ hot tub which worked well and was a must because it was chilly weather while we were there. Kids enjoyed ping pong and bags. Communication with owner was good. There were 8 of us(2 were kids and 1 baby). I would recommend.

Great place to stay near Anna Marie Island

We took our school group from Michigan--8 students and 3 adults. Great place to stay. Clean. Downstairs and Backyard were excellent and provided a lot of space for hanging out and having fun. Incredible hosts that were very responsive to every need. Highly recommend!

Amazing house, perfect location!

My boyfriend, our 9 kids & I traveled to Florida from ME for a dance trip with our girls dance team. After 3 days at Disney we were ready for some relaxation! Cortez cottage is about 2 hours from Disney & while we could of chosen somewhere closer we are so glad we didn’t, the 2 hour drive was worth it! We arrived at the house around 2am and had an issue with the lock code but Nathan was so quick to respond & after just a few minutes we got it figured out & were in the house. The inside of the house was a cozy/beachy vibe, very nicely decorated & felt like home. The outside space eas something I can’t fully describe, you just have to see it! Our kids has so much fun!! Between the pool, hot tub, ping pong table, fire pit, couch, TV & grill we literally spent 0 time inside other then to sleep. Our first day we went out to get food and other things we needed for our stay & we were so impressed how close everything was including the beach which is only a short 5-10 minute drive. Siesta key beach is only about a 40minutes drive & I highly recommend visiting as it was absolutely beautiful! All in all we had an absolutely amazing time while staying at the Cortez cottage, the house is located down a quiet side rd right near everything you would need for your stay. Our family was sad to leave but we would def. Book this property in the future if it was available! Thank you Nathan for being a great host!
