Dolphin Dance is a full duplex on Gulf Drive South in Bradenton Beach — both sides rented together for groups of up to twelve, directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. The palladium windows in each unit face the water, filling both living rooms with natural light and Gulf views. Sunsets happen from inside without going outside.

North side sleeps six on a queen bed, a full bed, and a sleeper sofa — the more flexible configuration for families with kids of different ages. South side sleeps six on two queen beds and a sleeper sofa — the better fit for two couples who both want proper beds. Combined, the duplex offers three queen beds, one full bed, and two sleeper sofas across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Four-car parking means every vehicle in the group has a space.

A gas grill is on-site for group cookouts. Shared laundry is available on the property for both sides. The beach is directly across the street — no busy roads, just cross over and you're on the sand. Bridge Street's restaurants, bars, and shops are nearby. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops close by for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car.

The 3-night minimum applies to the full duplex — one of the shortest group rental minimums on Anna Maria Island. Each side can also be rented independently.

I recently stayed at this fantastic spot and couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s nestled just steps away from the beach, making morning walks and sunset views effortlessly magical. Plus, it’s close to everything—shops, restaurants, and local attractions are all within easy reach, which made exploring the area a breeze.The place itself was cozy, clean, and full of charm. Perfect location for a beach vacation. Units or okay - could use a bit of updating. Dryer really does not work well - took forever to dry even small loads. No outside place to view of the ocean - a deck along the entire front would be amazing.

Pros: just across street from beach. Beautiful view. Host was responsive. Comfortable beds. Showers worked great. Beach towels provided. Coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer. Checkout is easy. Cons: lots of steps going up to house. More steps to get up to bedrooms and showers. Sofa beds not as comfortable and needs TLC. Dryer did not dry clothes properly. No shampoo/conditioner. Busy street between house and beach. Overall our family of 10 (with teens and seniors) enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this place.

Great stay

Place was great . Very close to the ocean, just across the rode. Our only complaint was it really needs a new washer and dryer. The washer sounded like it was going to go through the wall and it took two drying cycles to dry clothes . Other than that it was an amazing trip and experience. Hosts were always helpful and quick to respond.

Island time

We had a great stay at dolphin dance. As the most VRBO‘s, you have a little things that she would love to change, but for the most of all everything was great it really met our needs. I don’t know how you could keep all the sand from the ocean out of these condos they do the best I can and they really do a good job with amazing view. It is straight across from the amazing gulf. I am glad that we rented those sides. It really met our needs. There were beach chairs, and other items that we were not expecting. That was a big surprise. The only downfall I could say is one of the units the AC would go on and off a couple of times but with the heat the Florida Has it’s hard for anything to keep up. When you look at it overall, the price is right yes we could’ve gotten more but we would’ve paid a whole lot more are very happy with a Vacation the. We had here a dolphin dance we were still able to get to lay back Ana Maria Island. Vacation that we so desperately needed. One highlight of our vacation was that we were thin to the 4 feet of a manatee we were swimming right alongside it. It was amazing. That’s one of the great things you get when you go to a Vrbo such as this one you get such a quiet beach, the wildlife comes to you, it was so amazing who would’ve thought I would’ve got to swim with a manatee. As for my older children, dolphin dance was perfect walking distance to all the restaurants in to Bridge Street, pier, and to all the other shops.. what a great vacation

Awesome location!

Excellent views of the ocean, and very short walk to the beach (which wasn’t overly-crowded)! Some parts of the home could use a little TLC, but overall a great experience for our family. Had minor issues with initial door codes, a TV, and the A/C, but the PM took care of us the best they could.

Excellent Location

This is a beautiful location with beautiful views of the ocean from across the street. Walking distance to the bridge street shops & restaurants as well as the walking/biking trail across the street that runs to the end of the island. There are a lot of steps to climb so beware of that but we have a hearty crew to carry stuff so it wasn’t a problem. The upstairs does connect through the laundry room if you are skinny to squeeze around the washer/dryer. The only problems we had were a mix up of the code for one of the doors upon arrival and low propane in the grill but they were addressed really fast. My daughter and son-in-laws bed was rather hard so they bought a topper to use on it. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Visited Ana María multiple times, would recommend this place. The communication was always great. Aside from the south room retching cigarette smell and north condo issue with the code, which was handled immediately.

This was perfect for the 8 of us visiting AMI. We rented both units We had 3 couples and 2 single adults. One adult had to sleep on pull out couch.. The views of the gulf are beautiful from the rental. The place could use a deep clean and some TLC but it worked for us.

Beautiful Views

Overall the house was great. Cleaning needs to be a little better. Check in and out process was a breeze. Kitchen is not stocked with much so make note of this. However, we utilized both units and was able to share utensils/pots etc. Location was perfect for us. There are lots of stairs so beware if anyone in your party has issues.
