I cannot say enough nice things about the staff here. Wow! You feel like royalty😊The swimming pool after days touring Yellowstone was wonderful for kids and adults to shake off being cooped up in a car. Breakfast had omelets, bacon, gluten free muffins. So many choices. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Was nice to be outside the hype of West Yellowstone at night. Again, kudos to the staff👍😊

This is a nice hotel run by nice people. They were friendly an accomodating. The breakfast is basic, but definitely good enough to start the day. The pool is big, clean and has a big slide. We would stay here again.

Hotel staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. There’s free laundry services and the hotel even provides detergent and dryer sheets! The pool was the most exciting perk with the kids because of the large water slide. The rooms however are older and in need renovation. The breakfast is mostly breads, but has some frozen items that can be heated with a microwave.

Pretty hotel. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. Carl checked us in and was friendly and suggested some dining options. Their complimentary breakfast was good and we loved that they had free laundry facilities with brand new washers and dryers which came in handy as we had been to several parks and did a lot of hiking. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and mentioned any and all amenities. The property itself is beaten down. It looked like they were trying to update, but it was incomplete. Holes in the walls and chipping paint. The amenities were awesome. They offered free filtered water and free access to laundry machines.

Decent enough hotel in general. The two staff members we dealt with were very friendly and helpful so our recommendation would be for staff to keep the breakfast area stocked. Many different items were out including plates with two hours left to go.

The location was good for us as an in between stop between Yellowstone NP and Bozeman. The highlight was the water slide and hot tub! Breakfast was included which consisted of fruit, yogurt, bagels/toast/ English muffins and microwave sandwahiches. The staff was friendly and helpful and recommended a great restaurant up the street, Rivehouse BBQ. We had two rooms, and the downside was one room smelled faintly of stale cigarette smoke (non smoking hotel) although very clean, and the other room had lukewarm shower.

Location was great! Service was great, pool was good for the kids, and room was spacious and was able to do laundry there. It was convenient. Only remark I have is that the beds could be a little more comfortable but they were not terrible.
