Always a pleasure staying this facility great location, comfortable quiet, friendly staff very accommodating would highly recommend this place to anybody only one issue I have. Was the air freshener spray in the room smell like grandma‘s pottery floral scented which fumigated all of my clothes would highly recommend getting something Else as an air freshener I had a migraine within 45 minutes of being in the room after check-in, just a heads up to those who have sensitivity to smells, and as a male the last thing I wanna do is smell like Ol’la lady la douche.

The day shift front desk associate was courteous, friendly, and very, very, professional. I can not say the same for the evening desk associate. I had trouble logging on to the internet, I walked to the front desk, waited my turn, and he was no help, and abrupt.

The employees were super. I left my favorite pillow in the roomAnn's i called at around 3:00 pm and asked if it has been found. The front desk gentleman took my information and asked if any of the housekeeping staff had seen it and they said "no". The next day i got a call from the housekeeping manager and she had my pillow. She understood having a favorite pillow because she also had a favorite pillow. She sent it out by FedEx and I got it the day I got home. BUT the best part is that there was a drool spot on my pillowcase which was gone! She had washed my drooly pillowcase!!! Now That's exceptional custom service. That is going above and beyond. I say give that woman a raise. I wish I had gotten her name but I hope this comment reaches her.
