Pro: clean, beds comfortable Con: mediocre breakfast, issues with room key not working, terrible florescent lighting with no lamps Overall: stayed while dropping off college kid. 15m to MSu with construction . No restaurants walkable but 10 m drive to downtown. Close to highway and Walmart. Price was high for move in weekend, so maybe my expectations were also too high

It’s fine,

It is a fine lower cost hotel (for Bozeman). I was hoping for it to be a little nicer and cleaner than it was, but it sufficed for a bed and shower over a long weekend. A bit of road noise which didn’t help. If you’re trying to stick to a budget and not overly picky it will be fine for you. Just don’t have high expectations.

Small breakfast area

We were on a family vacation across the country. Breakfast area was small for the capacity for the hotel, no leaving a lot of space to move around to get food, other then that that, good experience.

A Fresh, Welcoming, and Tidy Experience

From the moment we walked in, the hotel smelled & looked incredibly clean. I personally witnessed staff changing everything from all linens to shower curtains between guests, which was very reassuring. Every public space we saw was immaculate and impressively organized. The breakfast was what you would expect from a standard continental breakfast, but the dining area has limited seating, so I recommend arriving early if you want to sit at a table. The staff were polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. My only suggestion would be to improve staffing levels. While the team exceeded many of my expectations, service was sometimes slow simply because the staff were stretched thin. There wasn’t always someone at the front desk during our stay, but they promptly came when called by phone. Overall, they went above and beyond in cleanliness and hospitality, and with just a bit more staffing, the service would be flawless.

It was a bed to sleep in. It’s a little rough around the edges. My bathroom sink was cracked and there were dead plugs, mismatched light switches and worn furniture. The staff was nice enough but not very efficient at check in and the key machine was broken so we never had a key. Probably will make a different choice next time.

The staff at check-in were unwelcoming and did not greet me upon arrival. Their demeanor made it feel as though I was inconveniencing them. I was directed to the far end of the building, and when I inquired about an elevator, due to having multiple heavy bags. I learned there was only one, located at the complete opposite end of the building.

The bathtub drain would back up and we would be standing in dirty water. I brought it up to the front staff and they did nothing about it. The rooms were fine but the bathrooms were very outdated. The breakfast selections was very limited. The location is near an area with many homeless people.
