It was very clean and the breakfast had a good variety. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing for me was there is no vent in the bathroom and no hand hold for the tub.

Front Desk Gal Rude - Room Dusty!

Checked in on Wednesday, August 6. We walked in carrying our overnight bag and other necessities. On our way in there were two people standing outside talking. One male and one female. Walked into the lobby and stood at check in counter for 13 minutes. No one in sight. I walked around the desk and actually peaked into the staff room and no one present. We had been on the road for 13 very long hours, we’re exhausted, just wanted to get something to eat, take a shower, and go to bed. After the 13 minute wait the lady that was standing outside talking to the man walks in and lo and behold She is the person who is supposed to be checking us in! As she’s walking to the desk she says “what do you need?“ Very very poor attitude. The whole check-in process was miserable simply because she was miserable! As far as the room goes, it was so dusty and nasty! The linens just look limp, tired, and gray color. Bathroom was decent. We frequently make trips from Florida to Michigan and back again and this hotel is going into our absolutely do not stay here again list.

Great service! Good room.

The front desk ladies were wonderful, informing me of what we could do around there, super friendly and not just to me. I was sitting in the 2nd floor lounging area which is above the reception desk. Every single guest was spoken to with respect and conversation was very easy for them. I remember thinking to myself how awesome they were. The bed was fine; the pillows were weird though. They felt smaller than regular pillows. Sheets were great. Smelled a bit moldy when you walked in the room, but then we found a used towel hanging in the closet to dry. House keeping must have missed it. Beds were made when we came back from being out the next day. Many hotels don’t do that anymore unless requested. The shower was great: hot water throughout and pretty good shower head. The only reason it didn’t get the highest score was due to the towel.

Bed is comfortable; slept great. Breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about. A variety of muffins would have been better (entire basket was filled with chocolate muffins). Eggs and sausage did not look appealing to me. Thankful for the good banana.
